Live the life you actually want.

Wellness

Feeling good starts the moment you let yourself want what you want — and dream as big as you really do.

Progress

More often than not, the only thing standing between you and progress is the story in your head.

balance

Your goal can be balance instead of the race. To ground yourself and live at the pace that feels right for you.

How we work

Four steps to clarity.

No secrets — a real methodology and a lot of care. The first step is always free.

01

Check the chemistry

Do we fit? On the first 30-min call I listen to your ask and walk you through how coaching works.

02

Define point B

What do you want to reach? Who do you want to become? How do we get there?

03

The work

60-minute sessions, every 1–2 weeks. 6 or 12 sessions — depending on the ask.

04

Transformation

We look at what shifted. Lock in new habits — or plan the next cycle.

What I offer

Three directions, one approach — yours.

We work 1:1, at your pace. Sessions online or in Madrid.

When life looks fine on paper, but asked whether you're living the life you dreamed of — your answer is no.

  • Goals that are yours, not society’s
  • Balance and energy
  • Emigration
03 / Business

Business coaching

For founders, leaders, PMs. When the decisions ahead touch teams, money, and projects.

FAQ

Still wondering.

Here's what people ask most. If your question isn't here — message me on Instagram.

How is coaching different from therapy?
Therapy mostly works with the past and emotional states. Coaching works with the present and the future — goals, decisions, action. If I see the question is deeper than coaching, I'll say so and recommend a colleague.
How much is a session?
The first 30-minute meeting is free. Pricing after that depends on format and number of sessions — we agree it together.
What language are sessions in?
Ukrainian or English — whichever feels easier for you.
How many sessions do I need?
Usually 6–12 sessions, every 1–2 weeks. We confirm the number after the first working session, once your ask is clear.
Is it confidential?
Yes. Everything you share stays between us. I follow ICF ethics.
